- Excellent customer service attitude
- Capable of cooking for a crowd of around 30 people every day
- Possess basic Balinese massage skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Motivated, energetic, young and excited to explore
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working and living in a boat with a crew of 15
- Does not get seasick would be preferable
- Swimming skills would be a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
