4. User : Refers to any individual or entity that uses any aspect of the Loker-Bali Website
5. You: The person (or entity on whose behalf you are acting) agrees to these Terms.

1. The Loker-Bali site manager reserves the right to add/change these rules from time to time.
2. The Loker-Bali site is provided primarily to find and post job vacancies from various private companies or government agencies.
3. To register on the Loker-Bali website, you must be at least 15 years old.
4. Job vacancies advertisers are required to provide correct and accountable information so that users of the Loker-Bali site avoid things that are detrimental.
5. The Loker-Bali manager is not responsible for the content of the advertisements and all the consequences arising from all the contents of the advertisements that are published and all forms of transactions carried out by Loker-Bali users by the job advertisement. Job vacancies advertisers (employers) and job seekers (jobseeker) hereby release the Loker-Bali manager from all claims for false statements, copyright infringement, imitation, invasion of privacy and other claims related to job vacancies posted.
6. Users are not allowed to commit any form of criminal crime, including but not limited to cyber crime, either directly or indirectly, through Loker-Bali
7. Loker-Bali Manager reserves the right to remove your Ads without prior notice.
8. On the Loker-Bali site there are links, in the form of banners or text, to other sites. The Loker-Bali site manager is not responsible for the content and consequences of these sites.

1. When you register to use the Loker-Bali Website, you will be asked to create a password. To prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you must notify us by contacting us here immediately.
2. If Loker-Bali has reason to believe that there may be a security breach or misuse of the Loker-Bali Website, we may ask you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
3. As a result of losing your Password or misuse of the Loker-Bali Website:

• all loss or damage incurred as a result will be borne by you; and
• You will fully indemnify Loker-Bali if Loker-Bali suffers any loss or damage.

1. The Employer is obliged to inform the true identity of his company for the purposes of registering an account and serving advertisements by Loker-Bali. All forms of fraud or profiteering of company identity as a user will be followed up by Loker-Bali.
2. Advertising content that can be displayed on Loker-Bali is only content related to recruitment needs.
3. It is not allowed to display advertising material that contains elements of pornography, religion, race, ethnicity, or other things that can spread social hatred.
4. It is also not allowed to display information that is ambiguous, misleading, and/or harassing other parties in the advertising content.
5. Employers are not allowed to collect any fees from job seekers who want to be recruited through Loker-Bali; both before and after the interview process is carried out; and for any reason, whether for transportation costs, consumption, training, uniforms, or other things.
6. All submitted ad content needs to get approval to run from Loker-Bali
7. The Employer understands and agrees that under conditions of cooperation between Loker-Bali and other media, Loker-Bali has the right to display the Employer’s advertising content through these media without prior notice.
8. Loker-Bali does not allow job advertisements that advertise more than 1 job position in each job posting.
9. All forms of rights owned will be declared automatically void if the account / advertisement is indicated to be fraudulent.

1. Loker-Bali is not responsible for the content of any advertisements or information posted by Employers at Loker-Bali
2. Loker-Bali has the right to edit resumes, block accounts and refuse to provide services to Job Seekers who are deemed to have violated Loker-Bali’s policies, in which interpretation is the sole right of Loker-Bali. Loker-Bali’s decision in this matter is absolute and cannot be contested.
3. You acknowledge and agree that your resume will be displayed and used by the Employer for recruitment purposes.
4. You agree not to include information that is untrue, misleading, harassing, hateful, slanderous, discriminatory against certain ethnic groups, religions and races (SARA) or offends religious principles.
5. You are solely responsible for the information contained in your cover letter or resume.
6. You agree not to sue Loker-Bali and/or all of its employees for any losses that occur due to the use of Loker-Bali or other related links.
7. You are not allowed to use the information obtained from Loker-Bali or other related links for purposes that violate the law, or violate copyright and intellectual rights laws. Violation of this provision can be brought to court by Loker-Bali and/or other parties who are harmed.
8. You agree to agree to other terms and conditions that may be added by Loker-Bali from time to time without prior notice from Loker-Bali

1. The Loker-Bali Website, the Loker-Bali Content, and all rights, title and interest in and to the Loker-Bali Website and the Loker-Bali Content are the exclusive property of Loker-Bali or its licensors.
2. It is not permitted to reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any material or Loker-Bali Content on the Loker-Bali Website without the written permission of Loker-Bali

1. Although we aim to offer you the best possible service, we do not promise that the services on the Loker-Bali Website will meet your needs.
2. We cannot guarantee that the Loker-Bali Website will be error-free, error-free, or that the Loker-Bali Website and servers are free from viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If an error occurs on the Loker-Bali Website, you must report it here and we will endeavor to correct the error as quickly as possible.

2. Loker-Bali may charge an interest of 8% per year for each late payment.
3. Advertiser is responsible for full payment of fees from commencement of contract and/or sales order. Payment must be made even if there is an error or omission in the advertisement.
4. All prices quoted do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

1. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach your obligations under these Terms.
2. You may cancel your registration at any time by notifying us in writing here. If you do, you must stop using the Loker-Bali Website.
3. Suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Loker-Bali Website will not affect the legal rights or obligations of either party.

1. These Terms will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a user of any Loker-Bali Website.
2. Loker-Bali reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take all legal remedies, including but not limited to the removal of your User Content from the Loker-Bali Website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access Loker-Bali. com Websites and/or any other services provided to you by Loker-Bali, if you breach these Terms or if Loker-Bali is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Loker-Bali Website registration.

1. The Loker-Bali Website and the Loker-Bali Service act as, among other things, a place to:-

• Employers or their agents to post job opportunities and find and evaluate job candidates;
• candidates to post Loker-Bali Profiles and resumes and seek and evaluate job opportunities; and
• Advertisers to place their ads.

1. Loker-Bali does not filter or censor the listings, including the offered Loker-Bali Profiles. Loker-Bali is not involved in the actual transaction between the employer and the candidate. As a result, Loker-Bali is not responsible for User Content, quality, safety or legality of jobs or Loker-Bali or posted resumes, correctness or accuracy of listings, ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or ability of candidates to fill job vacancies and Loker-Bali does not make any representations regarding employment, Loker-Bali Profile, resume or User Content on the Loker-Bali Website.
2. Loker-Bali reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any User Content including but not limited to Loker-Bali Profile, Company Profile, Company Materials, or other materials from the Loker-Bali Website from time to time. When Loker-Bali uses this policy and there is a violation of these Terms by the User, any payments made by the User will be forfeited.
3. The Loker-Bali Website also provides content from other internet sites or sources and while Loker-Bali tries to ensure that the material included in the Loker-Bali Website is correct, in good standing and of high quality, it does not provide any warranties or warranties in relation to that content. If Loker-Bali is notified of an inaccuracy of material on the Loker-Bali Website, we will endeavor to correct the inaccuracy as soon as possible.
4. Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, dealing with strangers, minors, or pretending to be fake. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come into contact via the Loker-Bali Website. By their nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful, or inaccurate, and in some cases will be falsely or misleadingly labeled. We expect you to be careful and use common sense when using the Loker-Bali Website.

If we breach these Terms, we will only be liable for any loss you suffer as a direct result and to the extent that it is a foreseeable consequence for both of us when you use the Bali-Loker Website. Our liability in no event shall include business losses such as loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.
8. Loker-Bali’s overall liability to you for all claims arising out of your use of the Loker-Bali Website and/or Loker-Bali Services will be limited to the amount of the existing package fee you subscribed to and paid for and in effect at that time.

1. Loker-Bali is not responsible for any loss of information caused as a result of interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Loker-Bali Service or for Loker-Bali Content, the accuracy or quality of information available or transmitted through the Loker-Bali Service.
2. You acknowledge and agree that it is not Loker-Bali’s policy to exercise editorial control over and to edit or modify data or content of any email or post or information that may be entered or made available or transmitted to or from third parties on or through the Loker Bali Website and/or Loker-Bali Service.

For the convenience of customers, the Loker-Bali Website includes links to other websites or materials which are beyond its control. Loker-Bali is not responsible for the content on any site outside the Loker-Bali Website.

1. Parts of the Loker-Bali Website may contain advertisements and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted for inclusion on the Loker-Bali Website comply with relevant laws and codes.
2. Loker-Bali reserves the right to refuse to run any advertisement which, in Loker-Bali’s sole discretion, is not suitable for publication on any Loker-Bali Website.
3. Loker-Bali will not be liable to you for errors or inaccuracies in advertising and sponsorship materials.

1. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Loker-Bali, and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including but not limited to legal fees and fair accounting, alleging or resulting from:-

• any User Content or other material you provide to any Loker-Bali Website;
• Your use of any Loker-Bali Content; or
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Loker-Bali will promptly notify you of any such claim, lawsuit or process.

Refunds of payments made to Loker-Bali will be at Loker-Bali’s sole discretion.

1. These provisions will be subject to Indonesian law.
2. We will try to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we handle any dispute and you wish to take litigation, you must do so in Indonesia.

Informal Negotiation

In order to expedite the resolution and control of costs of any dispute, controversy or claim relating to these Terms of Use (each a “Dispute”) brought by you or us (individually, the “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties Parties agree to first negotiate any Dispute (except Disputes as expressly stated below) informally for at least ninety (90) days prior to commencing arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence with written notification from one Party to the other.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by the National Commercial Arbitration Court under the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI Arbitration Center), which, as a result of referring it , is considered as part of this clause. The number of arbitrators must be three (3). The seat, or place of law, or arbitration is Denpasar, Indonesia. The language of the proceedings is English. The law governing contracts is Indonesian substantive law.

Restrictions

The Parties agree that any arbitration will be limited to Disputes between the Parties individually. To the extent permitted by law, (a) arbitration may not be combined with other legal proceedings; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class action basis or to use a class action procedure; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a recognized representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other person.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following Dispute is not subject to the above provisions regarding informal negotiations binding arbitration: (a) any Dispute that seeks to enforce or protect, or regarding the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute relating to, or arising out of, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for damages. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable
